We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your money, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels attached. All goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. 

 Please take care when unpacking and repacking. Please ensure that ALL panties and bottoms are tried on over your own underwear. When trying on bras or other garments please avoid make-up or lotions coming into contact with the item. We will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition or smelling of tobacco smoke or perfume. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this has not been done. 

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You will be charged for the replacement merchandise and we will cover the cost of standard shipping for your exchange. Upon receipt of your return, we will credit you for the returned items. .

By Mail
Place your items and the completed Return and Exchange Form in a secure package removing or covering any labels. A Return and Exchange Form accompanies your order and it must be completed in full and accompany all the item(s) you wish to return within 15 days of receipt of goods. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. Please allow 30 days for us to receive and process your request. A Return and Exchange Form is included with every package. If you are unable to locate your Return and Exchange Form, please contact us and we will email you one. 

You will need to pay return postage. Send your return via a prepaid, insured, traceable method, to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Please mark your package clearly as Returned Goods to avoid delays at Customs. Please retain your shipping documentation so that you can make a claim with your carrier if the package gets lost before it reaches us. 

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Refunds and exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. We will not make refunds to a third party. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund. 

Return of Faulty Goods

If you feel an item we've sent you is faulty, please contact us. We may ask you to email us a picture and return it to us so that we can investigate the fault, before contacting you again to agree on the best resolution. 

Returning goods on which duty has been paid

Please ensure you clearly mark return packages as 'Returned goods'. Unfortunately, if this not done, as a result we may incur Customs charges for returned packages, and these charges will need to be added to your order. 

If you've paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs authority. To do this, you'll need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of re-export (e.g. certificate of posting) when claiming your refund.
